ABOUT US
Based in the North West, Case Building Services offers M&E project management and cost advice on projects of all sizes and in all sectors. The directors of the company, Andrea and Steve, have worked in the M&E industry for 20+ years on a variety of schemes including numerous high rise residential developments, and many commercial, leisure, education, healthcare and secure institution projects.
With our background working for Tier 1 Main Contractors, we can also offer detailed tender analysis and bid support on large scale M&E projects, having both worked on multiple schemes with M&E values in excess of £20 Million.
We can also help with the procurement and management of utility services, (whether new, or alterations or disconnections of existing services) and site temporary supplies.
